Bullet iron castings have already been used in almost all major industrial sectors that require high strength, plasticity, toughness, wear resistance, severe heat and mechanical impact resistance, high or low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability. In order to meet these changes in use conditions, ductile iron has many labels, providing a wide range of mechanical and physical properties. Most ductile iron castings, as specified by the International Organization for Standardization ISO1083, are mainly produced in non-alloy states. Obviously, this range includes high strength signs with tensile strength greater than 800 Newton / square mm and elongation of 2%. At the other extreme is the high plastic sign, with elongation greater than 17% and correspondingly lower strength (minimum: 370 Newton / square mm). Strength and elongation are not the basis for the designer to choose materials, while other decisive and important properties include yield strength, elastic modulus, wear resistance and fatigue strength, hardness and impact performance, etc. In addition, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance and electromagnetic performance may be critical for the designers. To meet these special uses, a group of austenitic spherical iron, usually called Ni and Resis spherical iron, was developed. These austenitic spheres are mainly alloyed with nickel, chromium and manganese, and are listed in international standards. Bead light body type ductile cast iron, with medium and high strength, medium toughness and plasticity, high comprehensive performance, wear resistance and good vibration damping, good performance of casting process. It can change its performance by using various heat treatments. Mainly used for all kinds of power mechanical crankshaft, camshaft, connecting shaft, connecting rod, gear, clutch plate, hydraulic cylinder block and other components.
