High-chromium alloy grate bars are the core load-bearing and heat-exchange components for high-temperature equipment such as waste incinerators, sintering machines and industrial boilers. Made from high-chromium alloy as the base material and crafted via alloying design and precision casting technology, they boast excellent high-temperature wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. Capable of long-term stable operation under the working conditions of 900-1200℃ high temperature, heavy load, and coexistent corrosion and wear, they are the key components to ensure the continuous operation of equipment and reduce maintenance costs.

Our products boast a 2–5 times longer service life compared with ordinary heat-resistant steel. Certified to ISO9001, we provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC) complying with EN/ASTM standards for every batch of products, and implement 100% UT/MT non-destructive testing.
