The advantages of steel grate are high strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, not easy to deformation, long service life. Material Analysis
High chromium cast steel is a white cast steel with chromium content between 12% and 28%. Compared with high chrome cast iron, high chrome cast steel has higher hardness and better wear resistance, but also has greater brittleness and poor toughness. In addition, the machining of high chromium cast steel is difficult, casting loose shrinkage hole tendency, high cracking, poor soldability, and the price is more expensive. But it differs from high chrome cast iron in composition and properties. High-chrome cast steel usually contains higher carbon and chromium elements, while adding other alloy elements to improve its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. High-chrome cast steel also has high hardness and wear resistance, but compared with high-chrome cast iron, with better toughness and impact resistance, it is more suitable for manufacturing parts that need to withstand complex stresses.
