In the wax pressing process, our company adopts the profile aluminum automatic mold with cold water channel inside the mold, which can accelerate the mold cooling, and the efficiency of mass production is 4-5 times that of the manual mold. And the machine wax is more accurate than the manual wax. At present, our company has 12 automatic wax pressing machines

 

In terms of shell materials, our company adopts composite process (i. e., water glass and silicone compound shell), which can make the casting of high surface finish, small size tolerance, high appearance quality, and the composite process cost is lower than that of silicone process, which has a strong price advantage in the market competition.

 

When making the surface shell, the mechanical arm we use can rotate the slurry and drizzle the sand in 360 degrees to ensure the uniform thickness of the shell. In the drying area placed after the completion of the shell making, it is equipped with humidification, air conditioning, warm air and other facilities to control the constant temperature and humidity in the workshop all the year round to ensure the normal drying speed of the shell.

When the shell is hardened, aluminum chloride is used for the hardening. The hardness of the shell is increased and not easy to deform. At the same time, the smoothness of the casting is improved and the surface defects of the casting are reduced, making the font very clear.

For casting heat treatment, our company uses box-type resistance furnace, and the console uses intelligent PID digital display controller, with high airtightness and good stability. During heat treatment, the temperature and insulation time are controlled strictly in accordance with the requirements of different materials. Test the mechanical properties of each furnace are tested to ensure the product quality.
