While fixing the mine car pin and the three-chain linkage, it prevents the pin from slipping off, ensuring smooth production operations.
The locking ring and the pin together form a locking device on the mine car, which prevents the pin from dislodging during use, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the train and avoiding accidents caused by pin dislodgement. The mine car anti-derailment ring is used in conjunction with the connecting pin, and its structural design has been validated through both theoretical and practical testing.
Molding Process
Pattern Injection
Injection of Wax Patterns: Melted pattern wax is injected into the die mold. After cooling, the mold is opened, and the wax pattern is removed. Each wax pattern corresponds to a final casting.

Assembly of Wax Tree
Assembly of Wax Tree: Multiple wax patterns are welded onto a central wax sprue using melted wax, forming a tree-like assembly known as a "wax tree." This step enables the simultaneous casting of multiple parts, improving production efficiency.

Shell Building
Step 1: Slurry Dipping
The wax tree assembly is immersed in a slurry made of finely ground refractory materials (such as silica sol or zircon flour), ensuring an even coating on its surface.
Step 2: Stuccoing
Coarse refractory sand grains (such as mullite or alumina sand) are applied to the wet slurry layer.
Step 3: Drying/Curing
The coated wax tree assembly is dried and hardened in a controlled environment with constant temperature and humidity.
The process of "slurry dipping - stuccoing - drying" is repeated 5 to 9 times until the shell reaches the required thickness (typically 5-10 mm), forming a sufficiently robust ceramic shell.

Dewaxing
The dried ceramic shell is placed into a high-pressure steam autoclave or heating furnace. The internal wax pattern melts due to the heat and flows out through the pouring cup at the bottom of the shell, where it is collected for reuse. At this stage, the ceramic shell forms an internal cavity identical in shape to the original wax pattern.

Mold Firing
The dewaxed shell is then transferred to a high-temperature furnace (approximately 800°C - 1100°C) for sintering.
Purpose:
Remove any residual wax and moisture from the shell.
Enhance the shell's strength and thermal stability to prepare it for the pouring of high-temperature molten metal.
