As a Precision Investment Casting foundry with 20 years of experience, I'd like to share the production process and key considerations based on our practical experience.In my opinion, the foundry industry is one of the most demanding businesses.It requires the owner's full attention and care,as the casting process involves more than a dozen steps.If any one step is not precisely controlled,it will result in substandard casting quality.Simply put, casting is the process of melting metal, pouring it into a mold, allowing it to cool, and thereby producing various blanks for mechanical parts.

The temperature, purity, and pouring speed of molten steel directly determine the quality of castings.Different castings require different pouring temperatures.Generally, thin and light castings require high temperatures and fast pouring.On the other hand, larger and heavier castings require lower temperatures, with slower and more stable pouring.

It is widely recognized by industry professionals that weather, temperature, humidity, and even workers' operations all affect the quality of castings.Therefore, to produce high-quality castings, we must strictly follow operating procedures, and no process can be changed at will.
